1960s Jaguar - Side View

After the JAGUAR XK-150 came the radically restyled "XK-E" (as it was known in North America) or "E-Type" (as it was known in Europe) seen here in side view. This high-performance two-seater was for many the sleekest, most beautiful automobile of the 1960s. Maybe ever. Sweeping lines make the XK-E look like it's doing at least 100 even when parked: This Jag was one "Coventry Cat" with claws. Austin Powers drives one all painted up like a Union Jack.

Our design shows one of the earliest ("Series I") convertibles of these amazing cars, meaning it's a 1961 or 1962 (in case anybody asks you).
