ALEXANDER'S RETURN POLICY: We promise satisfaction. Later, when we're huge, we'll probably say "Screw the customers" and go all nasty and corrupt like every other big company. But until we're in a position to abuse you in that way, we will strive to make each and every one of you out there HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY! We will replace any merchandise you're not completely satisfied with. As long as your complaint isn't completely idiotic -- you know, like "I ordered blue and then I remembered I hate blue" or something -- then you can just send it back and we'll refund your $$$ in full. Or you can take a replacement shirt; or a coupon for the purch of future merch.
If you find fault with your purchase, return it to us and we will replace it immediately. If this is not possible, we will refund your payment. Items returned for any other reason must be in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. un-worn/un-used and with all original packaging and labels intact. In the first intance an exchange for another itme of the same value will be offered, if this not required refunds may be issued at our discretion.
